Cut Your Own Flowers
Come walk the fields, feel the sunshine, and create your own bouquet. It’s a peaceful, hands-on way to connect with nature and leave with something beautiful. Current Hours: (Weather Permitting) Fridays: 5 PM – 8 PM Saturdays: 9 AM – 12 PM We’ll be expanding to daily hours soon. Stay tuned!

We’re pairing yoga and flowers in our Flow & Bloom experience—a peaceful outdoor yoga class followed by a floral workshop where you’ll create your own Posie Fields bouquet to take home.

Date Night at the Farm Grab your favorite person and join us for a dreamy evening at Posie Fields. You’ll stroll the flower fields at golden hour, sip bubbly, and learn how to arrange your hand-picked blooms into a beautiful centerpiece (yes, you get to take it home!).
Want to level up the romance? Add a picnic box from Theo Brothers—sandwiches, chips, drinks, or a gorgeous charcuterie board for two.

Why Posie Fields?
I started Posie Fields after a long, winding journey—from stay-at-home mom to household manager, then into farming, and finally to flowers. It was in the garden that I found healing, growth, and vision. What began as a personal restoration has become a place for others to experience beauty and connection, too.
Do you remember visiting your grandparents’ home as a kid and seeing heirloom flowers blooming in their yard or tucked into a vase on the table? Those flowers—often open-pollinated and passed down from generation to generation—carry memories, emotion, and tradition.
